Shipping
Standard shipping is available within the contiguous United States. Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

The threshold applies to merchandise before tax. Expedited and international shipping are not currently available. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect transit times.
Returns & exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Try shoes on indoors on a clean surface. Return them in the same condition received, with included packaging and accessories. Added wear or damage may make an item ineligible. Items clearly marked final sale are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
- Request return authorization before sending an item back.
- Pack the pair securely and include the authorized return reference.
- After receipt and inspection, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for processing; bank posting times may vary.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, and the customer pays return postage. Return postage is covered if an item is incorrect or materially different from its listing. Each listing is a single pre-owned pair, so direct exchanges are not guaranteed.

Read the listing first
The current collection is listed in US men's sizes. Each listing is one specific pre-owned pair: the size shown is the available size, not a choice of interchangeable sizes. Women's and children's collections are coming soon.
How to measure your feet
- Wear the socks you intend to wear with the shoes. Place paper on a hard, level floor against a wall.
- Stand with your heel gently against the wall and your weight on your foot. Mark the end of your longest toe.
- Measure from the wall edge of the paper to the mark. Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement.
- Compare with the relevant brand's size chart. Foot length and the length of a shoe or insole are not the same measurement.
Understanding size labels

| US women's | Uses different numbering. Consult the brand's conversion chart rather than assuming the same number fits. |
| Children's / youth | Check the age-range sizing system and measure both feet. Child size numbers do not directly indicate adult sizes. |
| UK / EU | Use a brand-specific chart. Conversions vary between brands and styles. |
Fit and pre-owned shoes
Length, width, toe shape, material, and previous wear affect fit. Compare with a similar pair you already wear comfortably. Between sizes, check the brand's guidance rather than automatically sizing up or down. A condition grade describes wear, not a fit guarantee.
This is general fitting advice, not a universal conversion chart or verified measurements for each pair. No women's or children's inventory is currently available.
